“Bon Scott is one of Freo’s favourite sons, and there’s no better way to get into the spirit of Highway to Hell than to pay your respects at Bon’s grave at Fremantle Cemetery or get a photo with his famous statue at Fishing Boat Harbour,” Mayor Pettitt said.

The climax of the 2020 Perth Festival will be celebration of the life and music of a Fremantle rock ‘n’ roll icon – the late, great AC/DC front man Bon Scott. Fremantle will be the place to be this weekend after the trucks from the Perth Festival’s Highway to Hell have rolled on by.
